In 2001, as a 35 year old adult, Julie said why not to learning braille and fell in love with reading with her fingers. Since then, she’s gone on to say why not to many other things like refereeing her first game of nude touch rugby and more! When Julie turned 20 years blind on 27 March, 2017, she celebrated by saying why not to writing 1 million names in braille. Your name, on the front of this bookmark, will be added to that total.
